About Van P. Hilderbrand Jr.
Van P. Hilderbrand Jr. is an associate in the Environmental & Natural Resources Group and Climate-Related Business & Technology Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on regulatory compliance issues, environmental litigation, permitting, water resource development and renewable energy.
While at the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Hilderbrand received the environmental law concentration certificate, and served as managing editor of the Maryland Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. Prior to joining Sullivan & Worcester LLP in January 2011, Mr. Hilderbrand practiced environmental law at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, and worked as a financial analyst in General Electric’s energy products and services business.
